Ken D. Eckhauser

I take a problem-solving approach to my work. In every case, I pride myself on always being completely upfront, open, and honest with all of my clients. I offer my clients solutions when others put up obstacles, and my approach to every case is to be thoughtful and prompt. I seek to connect the dots of seemingly unrelated facts to uncover the "how" and "why" certain events occur.

I joined Johnson Law Group after serving as a state public defender for several years. During that time, I handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases that varied greatly, giving me a breadth of experience on which to draw. Cases I have handled include First Degree Murder, DUI, sex offenses, drug offenses, domestic violence offenses, and property crimes. Prior to this, I clerked at a large litigation firm as well as a public policy think tank, where much of my work and research included complex constitutional, federal, and state civil litigation.
